well im a brunette. my hair is about 1 and a half inches from my belly button. my hair is wavy/curly, but i also straighten it once in a while. nothing too weird/crazy and nothing to short, like a bob.

I say don't cut it at all. I'm a guy and would kill to have hair that stretched to my belly button! If you do get it cut, something not to short, say to the bottom of your neck.

I think you should get it 3 inches down your arm (past the shoulders) and a bobed bang. Then dye the tips of your bang a color and dye the tips of your hair the same color. It looks really cute and for the tips coolaid works best.

don't cut it have a trim get rid off any dead ends and buy curling tongs or wear it in different styles long hair is so cool and so many women cannot carry it off or it just wont grow i have long hair and i keep it in tip top condition and people love it

You should layer it up to an inch below your shoulders. Also, straighten your hair. It's the latest trend and you can do it all at a salon. It doesn't cost that much either. trust me, it would look very nice on you too.
