Hair cut ideas? Please?

I'm 15. My hair is naturally very straight and WILL NOT hold any kind of a curl for more than 2 to 3 hours no matter what I use.

It currently rests on my shoulders and I have no bangs. My hair is pretty fine. (not thick at all)

Any photos from sites would be great. If it makes a difference, I'm 5'4" and thin. I don't want to go shorter, I want to keep my overall length, but maybe something with layering and side swept bangs if that would work with fine hair.

Also it is a dark sandy blonde color...

I could get highlights if you think there's a particular color that would look good. But nothing red or odd colored, please, lol
