I have really thick hair! and very curlish wavish right now my hair is in mid on my back? i was thinkin short up to my neck? what do you think?

I just got mine cut - 16 inches off. My hair is thick, curly wavy like yours. It was to the bottom of my back. When you have long hair that is thick, it starts weighing down and you look like a flathead. I got mine to the top of my shoulders, layered. it looks and feel fabulous. I think you should do it short up to your neck. I did and i don't regret it. :)

Don't get it short honestly that will make it thicker. They always say at the salon we can layer it. But, they don't understand that doesn't help it only makes it thicker.. The longer it is the less thick it gets. Trust me I know I have thick hair...

if you cut thick hair too short it will puff out at the ends and your head will look like a triangle!! i would keep some length, as much as you can without split ends and get long face framing layers .... not a blunt cut at the bottom!!! get your stylist to use a thinning comb!!
